Superb location, between olive groves. The owners are very kind and helpful. The house is very well equipped, modern with everything necessary for a stay, it is clean. The same courtyard, plus bathroom and shower in the courtyard, barbecue and oven. The beach at 10 minutes, Torre Gauceto with paid parking space and reservation required (both the parking lot and the beach https://www.riservaditorreguaceto.it/index.php/en/) or at 15 minutes the free beach, Morgicchio where you can park for free on the adjacent streets.

From the time of arrival to departure we had an exceptional holiday - top class breakfast (catered for my wife's gluten free requirements), excellent pool and facilities all around, beautiful garden and olive trees with a beautiful Isola Verde restaurant (loads of gluten-free options) all on-site. I absolutely loved my stay here. I felt at home as soon as I walked through the building door welcomed by the courtyard. The space holds a warmth that feels cozy and sweet. Room was amazing and single room was perfect for a restful sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, tucked away on a side street and with the main square just a few minutes away by foot. Breakfast had everything I could have wished for and the kitchen host made me a cappuccino that I enjoyed on the breakfast terrace. Owner was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Will definitely come back here!
