It was very warm on our check-in on a cold December evening. Exceptionally clean room. Bed - very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally big. There was Netflix. Good Wi-Fi. Amazing breakfast. The host was very kind and caring.

    A wonderful place! We spent two days in this place with our family and were completely delighted) The service is at the highest level, the staff cleans the rooms perfectly every day and prepares excellent breakfasts. Also, the atmosphere of the building and the city itself corresponds to the spirit of Italy. The location next to the outlet is also very convenient. I highly recommend this place!

    The fascinating old Italian villa with a history that dates back to the 1930s, a funny and kind manager, and meeting the owner of the villa- Madame Gabrielle. The swimming pool was just right the thing- very nice to cools down after a long road. The furniture is comfortable, there are old decorations also. Very historical and authentic atmosphere , the view is good. Thank you so much for such an impression- it’s an inspirational heaven for writers and artists!

    The building was super warm, while outside was freezing, so it was a good welcoming. The staff was very nice and prepared me a breakfast to take as I was leaving before the breakfast hour. The room was very big, almost too big as the beds were a bit lost there. I liked the decoration! Something between end of XIX century and american pub style Eheh interesting to say the least! Near of the train station (like you can walk between those two points). Family-management style.

    I was staying in Casa Cuniolo for one night with my wife and 20 months old baby. A perfect place to stay overnight while driving from Switzerland to Cannes. This is a beautiful family owned hotel. Big thanks to Bobby and Gabriella, breakfast was fantastic and your attention during breakfast is irreplaceable.
