The location is amazing. I would very much consider a much smaller car next time I visit as the SUV I hired was touch and go through the very narrow streets approaching the accommodation. The owners are very friendly people. They spoke adequate English, the staff didn't speak English which I was ok with, as that's why I go on holiday, to get away from my own country. I used Google translate which worked perfectly well. The restaurant options are excellent and bar. Pool and terrace are typical rural Italian countryside. I have no complaints at all. The views from my room were amazing. mount Etna (prior to its recent eruption) Bravo Mario and David and the Staff at Case al Borgo.

The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful, which was of utmost importance as I booked at the last minute quite late in the evening. The flat is newly and tastefully furnished and comfortable as well. Everything is spotless. The location is convenient - a short walk from the city centre. All in all, great value for money.

You really can feel there like visiting relatives. They come to the border of the city to escort you trough the narrow hilly streets to the right place, at the house there are all items you need for living. It is much better than at pictures. You really feel welcome there. And the best part is that you can see local life, there isn’t much tourists. We felt like only tourists in the city. And parking was easy. Already missing it.
