Very central location, close to the city center. Nice and clean house, but nothing special. No breacfast inclided in our arrangement, but there is a nice cafe in the basement - no noice/disturbance but good coffee and croassain are available in early morning) Flat is not super modern, but big, well arranged, very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Beds are especially comfortable. Fairly modern and clean bathroom. Nice view to the neigborhood. Very well managed, flexible arrangements with the owner. Owner is helped us to find a parking place near by - but it should not be a problem in any way...He is also providing useful informationa about the city itself.

I had a wonderful stay at Il Salice and thoroughly recommend it! Ida, the owner, was very welcoming and made me feel very much at home. The room was very comfortable and was well thought out throughout with the bonus of a wonderful view of the mountains. It was great that they also had a restaurant downstairs too which I used and their breakfasts were amazing. Very generous hospitality and Ida was so helpful in giving me information about the area too. Loved being there and was sorry to leave!

The hotel is beautifully done, it is very comfortable and well insulated. We had a family room with two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrasse. For breakfast, the staff offered us a wide variety of gluten-free options and there were amazing homemade pastries for those who could eat gluten.

The location was superb, in amazing Piazza Arringo, which is the oldest piazza in Ascoli Piceno with the cathedral and palaces. Very close to Piazza del Popolo and other interesting places. This oblong square is full of cafes and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day, the air con worked well and the breakfast was good. The staff were nice and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
