When arriving, we were met with tons of locals and tourists having their aperitivos at the restaurant with their dogs in tow. I was so happy, having my own dog way back at home in Sweden, to find so many nice dogs to say hi to. The staff were nice and accomodating, the food was rustic and good - and they changed the menu every day. Perfect place for us.

Absolutely great place to stay, and the host really knows the meaning of hospitality! Though we only had reservations 10 minutes before arrival, we were able to get in almost immediately. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. A delicious breakfast is served in the morning. Unfortunately, we were only 1 night, definitely recommended!

Clean and tidy with excellent security. The hosts were warm and welcoming with great local knowledge. Our early arrival was no problem for them and they had a garage to store our bikes in overnight. There was a great restaurant a short walk away.

The host was very welcoming & happy to help me figure the local bus schedule etc. The bed and breakfast just had their 10th anniversary but the owner has the enthusiasm as if they just opened. Wonderful positive energy! The place is spacious with lots of thought and care put into the design. Great form & function. :-)

I mainly booked Chalet Palu because of the view and, my word, it was just majestic! Worth the trek up the mountain on a super difficult and narrow road/track. I do have a small car and arriving at dusk made it quite exciting 😁. Super, super accommodation, luxury facilities and the WIFI was almost better than at home in France! What a stay!! 10/10

Host was very welcoming! Breakfast was perfect, location perfect, everything was every euro worth. The only problem was that it was a little cold for me , but I stayed there in january. Perfect choice for them who walks Via Francigena !
