A beautiful hotel on the shores of the lake, a few kilometers from Lugano. Great location and interesting architecture of the hotel. Excellent cuisine and drinks. Very reasonable nightly rate and fantastic view from the balcony over the lake!

Superb breakfast using fresh, home made and local produce. The room was lovely, bed and bedding very comfortable. The hosts, Peter and Vietske made our stay memorable. Helpful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. We will back very soon for sure.

Fabulous breakfast. The views were amazing, beautiful gardens and grounds with private beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic place! The view from the garden exceeded our expectations – absolutely breathtaking and gives you a true Lake Como experience. The property is very well maintained, spotless, and fully equipped – we had everything we needed. A perfect spot to relax in peace and beautiful surroundings. We’ll definitely be back! Amazing views, nice, clean cottage, you will have all place for yourself, everything what you need is there, BBQ, spices, good internet, comfortable bed, towels in the bathroom, sofa downstairs could be a second double bed, really helpful host can answer for any of your questions, If you need a rest it's the best place. Isn't easy to get there especially if you have UK car with tow bar (last 50 meters wasn't great for me) but really worth it. My kids had lots of fun observing lizards in the patio, 15 minutes driving form cottage is nice lake (Lago Di piano), 10 minutes drive to closest shop or 20 minutes to Carrefour.

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.
