Everything! Very, very clean, comfortable, excellent location, well equipped even for longer stay, nice furniture. Cute sunny balcony and beautiful garden. We would rate both accommodation and host with 12 out of 10, and we are the frequent travelers. Our host was helpful with everything, welcoming us with a help around the luggage, giving us good proposals where to go, what to visit, even where to park a car for free. Amazing place close to Lago d'Orta and Lago Maggiore - private property with real Italian hospitality; very nice home made dinner, very nice breakfast, and heartfelt evening conversations in the garden with a glas of wine. (Bonus - there is a super cute dog that loves cuddles!). Overall just amazing attitude and perfect service of the hosts. I felt very welcome.

A little piece of heaven by the lake. Luxurious, refined, attentive, friendly. The restaurant was spectacular combined with the view. Unfussy yet glamorous. The entire team at the property must be so proud to create such a wonderful place. A must to return.

    The house is in a small valley right next to the river. It is so much fun to go down for a swim in the natural pools. The room was renovated with natural materials like stone and wood and we enjoyed the modern facilities with the antique touch. Breakfast was great.
