Extremely welcoming, friendly and ready to help owners, felt like we lived in a villa. A beautiful place to stay, modern and equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bathroom with a dishwasher, from the air conditioner, wifi, television to lounger on the terrace. The kitchen is filled for breakfast - cornflakes, coffee, tea, jam, butter, yogurt, including drinks and dishes, everything is at hand. The location is great, near the highway and it's easy to get to cities like Pisa or Florence. Comfortable and private parking spot on the property, fully fenced in. If you're doing a trip or spending your holidays with your car around Tuscany - i can only suggest you this place. I put 10 points, just because there's no option to give 10+.

Apartment was clean and spacious. We had everything that we needed for our overnight stay close to the airport. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We loved the thoughtful touches like breakfast snacks, drinks and local recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

This is a newly renovated upper floor apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the hosts are clearly trying very hard to make it a good experience for guests. We had some issues with the AC and they were very responsive to try and find a solution.

Really great hosts. Clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Shower in the rooms we stayed in was very spacious. The whole experience was one of our best in Italy so far. We wanted to stay longer but they were booked out. We had a car and it was a short drive into Pisa to see the tower and other sites.
