The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Beautiful property. Large, clean and comfortable room. Large and comfortable bed. Nice and relaxing pool area. Common area's were beautiful and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Very friendly staff. Food in their restaurant was fantastic. Great location in relation to the town and beaches. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent communication with the host who was able to resolve any issues quickly. The apartment is sufficiently equipped for a longer stay with family. We spent 16 nights here. There are two supermarkets and good restaurant nearby. Parking directly in front of the apartment on the street, or there are two small parking lots nearby.

This place is just amazing. The terrace and the view is stunning and so peaceful. The owner is a lovely person and was super helpful with everything and caring. He gave us a lot of tips and was super responsive throughout the entire stay. We definitely want to come back.
