Great facility for campers also budget travelers. Very smart decision to take accommodation here and get a bus to venice metropolitan city which is only 8 min by bus and you can find bus in every 15 min. Accommodation is very comfortable, clean and equipped. Very helpful and warm reception. Peaceful and calm stay.

Reception team were so helpful and generous with information and tips for the region ! Ordered takeaway pizza and beers for us to enjoy in their greenhouse after an afternoon in Venice.

This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!
