Unfortunately this was a very small onsen town that most people wouldn't visit but because of that the staff were incredible as they weren't used to non japanese tourists. They bent over backwards to help us and inform us of how things work. The room had a large window overlooking the river and it was very zen watching the sunset. The private onsen was wonderful and i couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you want to get off the beaten track i would recommend this place as a great reset after a hectic japanese schedule.

The location is best, just next to Esaka station (Osaka Metro). The staffs are friendly & helpful, they allowed us to place our luggage after check out, so we no need to look for coin locker.

The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. The hotel is situated in a converted building (former department store), located 10 minutes from Namba station, close to shopping centres. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is a very convenient place for tourists, as they have a laundry self wash service and a lounge for cooking/eating/having free coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Staffs are very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. We can see the harbor and Tempozan Ferris Wheel from our rooms. The hotel is very close to Universal Studios and convenience stores.
