Fantastic views, beautiful onsen which was well equipped with Sauna. Breakfast was good. If you are a western guest ask for a soft pillow, enhanced our stay massively!

Breakfast buffet and dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel were superb. Rooms were spacious, new, well lit, just a pleasure to stay in. Hot springs baths fabulous. Not cheap, but worth it!

A unique hotel with excellent service and ammenities. The foyer & shared spaces were charming and we appreciated the warm, friendly welcome from the hotel staff who provided a welcome drink and offered to make us dinner reservations as we checked in. We were escorted to our room, which was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view. We were so impressed with the complimentary cookies which had absolutely beautiful Arita porcelain designs. The location was good for visiting all the sights in Saga that we wanted to see and the parking onsite for guests was handy.

1. Customer service was exceptional. There was no language barrier as the staff spoke English, and they were very accommodating when we had inquiries. They even lent us an adapter at no extra cost. 2. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was an air purifier. The ambiance, interior design, and decorations had a relaxing vibe. 3. The Nespresso was a pleasant surprise!

They kindly picked us from Ureshino onsen station even though we didn’t informed them in advance. Tourist information helped us call. The onsen up the mountain was great, free transport provided both ways. The food was excellent. The onsen water was great for my skin. Would definitely visit again .
