The house was excellent—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Having two parking spaces at the door was a bonus, and check-in was smooth. Absolutely nothing to fault!

The facilities were plentiful and enjoyable. Free ramen, ice cream, massage chairs drinks. Free laundry n 100 yen for drying is awesome. The view of the river was added bonus.

Fabulous guest house, best of my stay in Japan so far. They have thought of everything a traveller may need, a fully equipped kitchen, an expresso machine on each floor with free coffee, a laundry with a dryer, also free to use. I stayed in a single room with a bathroom just outside the door. Excellent value for money for everything you get and more than half the price of hotels in town. It's a little outside town but you can get the bus which is 5 minutes walk. There are plenty of places to eat close by and a 7-11 just 2 minutes away. They also have three bikes to rent, one electric and two normal. 1000 yen per day for the electric and 500 for standard. I rented the electric bike and had a lovely day cycling all around the marshlands and crane observatory. I saw. cranes, deer, foxes, and lots of birds. Communication was easy, and staff came by to welcome me and give the bicycle the evening before I needed it.

The property is very clean and well equipped. The house is decorated with a great sense of artistry. It is beautiful and functional. It has a kitchen you can buy your grocery and cook, a washing machine with drying function, and a massage chair that you can relax. I am so glad I decided to stay two nights here, it truly makes you feel like home. The owner is extremely friendly and always willing to help. They are very kind hearted and did us a big favour that we will never forget. Thank you.( ◠‿◠ )

Everything was perfect! Super tranquil setting with birds singing in the background. We saw a fox peeking in from the driveway ☺️ Neighbours were a distance away and the night was quiet and restful. Home was lovely and the host was very kind.
