United KingdomThis was a luxurious treat and we all enjoyed it from the welcome by the general manager, the hot spring bath, the food, the room. One of our group had a massage which was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel provided transport by shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Communications via booking.com worked well.
