If you are after a taste of what it is like living in Japan this was the best way to do it. Situated in a convenient spot next to some, restuarants, cafes and convenient stores. This accommodation suited exactly what we needed, a comfy, safe place to stay. There is a book with english tranaslation for all appliances in the apartment space. The beds are super comfy, it was hard to get out of bed the next morning, especially with the long days we were having. When we checked in there was an issue with the WiFi, but after contacting the owner we were able to get it fixed quickly. There was 2 of each kitchen item, cups, plates, cutlery, except in our case we only had 1 spoon. We would have liked to have a tea towel to dry the dishes, after washing, the only options we had was our bath and hand towels. A suggestion to fill the room guide up more is list a couple of the places around to eat, even things to do. Our favourite was one just across the street Anais. Run by a lovely couple who serve excellent food. The Kishinosato station right outside the place isn't a part of JR rail passes but the subway does not cost much per person. We used it often for the days we were carrying a lot of luggage around. There is also the Shin-Imamiya station about a 30 minute walk away that is covered by JR pass. Overall our stay at the Lespedeza Osaka was comfortable and we would love to come back again for our next trip.

Niho was an amazing host. She greeted us in front of the house once our taxi arrived. We loved everything about our stay here, from the ambience, the decoration, the warm welcom, the comfortable beds to the delicious food that Niho prepared for us. The house was beautiful and traditional. Our restroom was very zen and it even had soft music while you're on the toilet. Highly recommended and we will stay here again when we're in Osaka.

Close to the station I was expecting a typical Hostel, but in a residential area behind a decorated entrace is a Hostel offering a single room for every guest. Slippers are offered at the entrance and on first floor is the common room offering everything you ask for. The whole hostel is decorated with cliché Japanese items.

It was the best accommodation that my family was satisfied with. The facilities and cleanliness were both good. It was self-check-in and check-out, but the owner of the house communicated quickly and very friendly. I'm thinking of visiting again next time.
