The property had a wonderful location in Date, with plenty of restaurants near by and the station only a 10 minute walk away. The host was incredibly helpful - they recommended us restaurants, things to do and replied very quickly to all our questions. This was one of the most pleasant stays I had over a month in Japan.

The personal service and the fact that the owner visited within 15 minutes of our arrival to give us a little dessert to enjoy during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable.

It is an amazing experience. Having the Onsen available is a great perk and a reason to spend a lot of time in the hotel. I stayed in one of the traditional rooms and the beds on the floor were very comfy. Breakfast and Dinner are very good. I recommend eating in the hotel as it is more comfortable and perhaps the best option in the vicinity. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Really friendly staff and good amenities for the price. The outdoor (male) onsen is a tad small but understandable. The dinner and breakfast are amazing! Room was bright, spacious, air-conditioned and had a modern smart TV which made us able to watch our own favourite YouTube content.

Very comfortable with a lot of amenities and a great location. The onsen was the best I've ever been in. The staff were kind enough to collect us from Noboribetsu train station when we could not get a taxi or a bus
