Loved everything , starting from ferry ride over, room had great view, lots to choose from at breakfast, Nepalese staff very helpful with any questions we had. Hot pools and electric bikes were excellent perk definitely our highlight whilst travelling Japan, couldn't rate this resort enough, wish we had booked for longer

Staff is absolutely amazing! Comfortable beds, everything is very clean. We loved the couch in the room.
