The staff members are very nice and warm-hearted, they helped me with reservations of several hot restaurants. Ms Becky is one of the best.

the look and feel of this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. very japanese style and has private onsen which we really liked. japanese style breakfast was really good and they have a huge variety of food. rooms are kind of small but this is expected in Japan so we are not that concerned.

AMAZING location! A short walk to Nishiki market and everything else is in walking distance. Room was spacious and had everything we needed, staff were lovely. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Kyoto!
