The room was very spacious and even had a sauna. The private bath was very nice, and also the public ones were beautiful. We really loved the service too, we had a very nice service by Serika-san who we also loved talking to. Really appreciated the shuttle bus service.

The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them.
