10/10 stay! Was really the best stay of my whole Japan travel. Shiori is such a amazing host!

Everywhere was very well kept and clean esp the room. Tatami area in the room was brilliant, it was dust free. The staff were amazing and they were very friendly and helpful, they also prepared a birthday card for hubby’s bday. Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices. Onsen was a big bonus esp the outdoor onsen. Access was mainly by car but we chose to stay outside the city so this doesn’t affect us. Carpark was huge and was free to use for those who board. I would love to come again.

The room was new and spacious. I liked the bathroom layout, double sinks which was very rare and separate toilet space and bathroom. Very convenient location so close to Hakata station.

I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.
