It's a pity that we couldn't stay longer than a night because the place was gorgeous. We had a beautiful view of the water from several windows and generous balcony (which we unfortunately didn't have time to use) The rooms were spacious, well appointed with amenities and had a real luxury feel. I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.
