The hospitality of the staff! And not last, the room. Japanese style with private onsen. Quiet, clean with lots of amenities. It is the best way to calm down before your flight. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and has been my go-to stay for early morning flights from Narita. The shuttle bus between the hotel and train station and the hotel and airport is just so convenient. Rooms are big and spacious by Japan’s standard, allowing us to properly open and repack our luggage. Bathroom is also spacious. Worth the money paid.

Even though the hotel is close to the airport it was very quiet in the accomodation. We easily found the free shuttle to the hotel from Narita Airport and got handed the schedule for the shuttle to drive back to the Airport upon arrival so we could choose which one to take. Even though we only spent one night at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and handled the check-in quickly. The room had everything you need for your stay, including a water cooker. The hotel even has to little shops (one of them being a convenience store that also offers basic snacks).

Just 10 minutes from Narita International Airport on the free 2-way shuttle, Hotel Nikko Narita features a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour convenience store and 4 dining options.
