The location is juz opposite side of the JR bus stop to Oirase it was fantasic, also price is unbeatable with hot bath inside the Building, What u paid is included Japanese style breakfast, rice, ecutted egg roll, assorted pickles, free coffee etc., Room size is bigger than I thought, can see part of the bridge I was really impressed by the front desk who can speaks fluent English, she introduced the hotel nicely, so I do enjoy the facility on that day
