The stuff were all amazing, they welcome and shower us with free candy, helped us book dinner in a Great local place and tickets to shirakawa-go, the onsen was great and and the traditional breakfast was different every day and an exeptional experience by itself. The house is really cool and cozy. Its a bit far from the station (20 min by foot), but you do get to see a bit of the local town and you can allways take a bus. If you travel by car its really easy. All in all, amazing stay

Breakfast was an amazing experience, beautifully presented. The girl who went through all the things in the room with us was amazing, friendly and polite. great location, walking distance to everything. Next time we would have our evening meal there because there wasn't much open in the evening for dinner.

Our stay at Live Takayama was one of the most beautiful and heartfelt experiences we’ve ever had. Even weeks before our arrival, Hiromi was in close contact with us, patiently helping us arrange a rental car for our trip – with a level of care and kindness that is truly rare. She personally picked us up from the train station and brought us back at the end of our stay. When she found out we were on our honeymoon, she invited us to an exceptional local dinner – a true highlight we will never forget. But it didn’t stop there: she also surprised us with a cake and touching photos of our son together with her dog, Koko – a deeply moving gesture that brought us to tears. Hiromi is not only the kindest host we’ve ever met – she is simply one of the warmest and most caring people we’ve ever encountered. This property was extremely spacious and comfortable. The host was friendly and very accommodating. We could walk to the Old Town, the bus station, the train station, and endless restaurants. This was a great stay for several families to stay together.

Walkable from the train station. The facilities were so beautiful and offered many amenities. The room was new, well furnished, with an excellent bathroom and shower. We booked the private onsen for 4000yen for 45 minutes which was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from as well. Walkable to the historic areas and after a long day you get to enjoy the lobby bar which gives free drinks with a privilege booking.
