2 minutes walk from kii-katsuura station. At night, there is no noise. Spacious room, comfortable futon and air conditioning adjustable. Both the rooms are side by side on the second flight of stairs. The toilet and the shower are after the first flight of stairs. You have a cooking space and 2 tables. Very nice and spacious. Easy check-in and check-out. Restaurant nearby with amazing food. Overall very happy to have rented this place.

Amazing experience. Super friendly staff (helped with taxi booking). Very clean, large, and quiet room.

Nakanoshima is an idyllic location; the island is the perfect place to relax and leave all your tensions behind. The personnel, facilities, and service ensure your stay is spotless and exceeds all expectations. We only stayed here for a night, but I wish I could stay for two or three more.

A highlight stay for us. The location and view overlooking the bay from this grand property were stunning. The house itself is not new but it’s not old, impeccably clean with everything you need and parking on site. The hosts were absolutely delightful and helped us with restaurant choices. The house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay. We loved that it’s a fusion of traditional Japanese and modern interior decor. Looks like it has just been done up. All the appliances look new. Our host is a lovely lady who showered our child and us with omiage and treats. Wish we could stay longer!

The owner personally drove us back to the station and was super friendly and hospitable. Would really recommend this place for anyone staying around here in Nachikatsuura. Bonus points for having a family mart right next door.
