Room The room was comfortable and clean, the table and sitting area is a nice addition to a room like this. The bed and pillows were very comfy also. Breakfast Breakfast was good, there were many things to choose from. Staff were nice ( a young man in particular but didn’t get his name! He was on shift everyday, sorry) Facilities There is a lot on offer you can do, they have a restaurant downstairs, a bar and a coffee counter. The bar has pool to play and had a DJ playing funky music. They did have coin laundry options I believe.

Great location, very spacious and clean and host was very helpful. So much room with beds and slept so well. Our kids loved the theme and bedroom bunks. Very close to USJ. We had a wonderful stay. Loved this area. Definitely will stay here again.

The house must have been renovated very recently. Everything is new, well designed and the equipment is outstanding. The location is very convenient and the price is great for bigger groups or families travelling together. We had a short connection to Osaka's major attractions like the aquarium or the expo.

We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

We were welcomed by the host - very nice lady. She explained us the house rules and showed around. The house was very clean and cosy. Beds in our room were very comfy and there were giant windows with view to the tiny streets. All the locks were coded, so there were no worrying about keys and such. The common toilet and shower were also kept well. I think there were like only 2 or 3 rooms in the house, so it was no bother that those were common. The owner also offered us coffee and tea - there was a coffee machine producing good coffee and a whole kitchen for cooking. The location was also good - very close to a metro station. All in all if I ever come back to Osaka I'm staying here again.
