The receptionist was amazing. It was late at night and my Uber eats wasn't working. I also wasn't able to call and place an order for food because of the language barrier. The woman at the front desk was able to call and place an order for myself and my pregnant wife. We are very grateful for her outstanding service.

Staff at really helpful. I personally wrote three thank-you notes to three staff who helped us. They are willing to go for extra mile contrast to Japanese within-the-box way of thinking. I believe it’s what the true service spirit calls! Wish their help, We retrieved our lost shoulder bag in Disneyland hotel the first day. They also sent our suitcases to Disneyland hotel on second day whilst we didn’t need to come o fetch them after a long day play in Disney Sea.

Spacious room with a wonderful view. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Staff was friendly. Convenience store on the ground floor and all busses nearby are super useful. We had a good time, thank you! Neutral information for travellers: We did not use their breakfast offer, but it seems like it was in the entrance hall (it was quite loud) and in general it seems to be a family hotel (many kids).

Great location for both Disney parks and Kidzania. We were a family of 5 staying in the Treasures 6bedroom; it was spacious enough for kids under 5 years. Comfy beds, great bunk beds for the kids. The crib provided was safe and our infant slept very well. The monorail is within walking distance and the hotel has great amenities. The gateway station has excellent eating options on the monorail line, as well as the buffet provided at the hotel for breakfast is fantastic.

Lovely place to stay when visiting the theme parks - you cannot really walk anywhere from here you need to use the Disney resort rail system. Kids loved it. Very family friendly.

Really lovely large hotel with easy access to the Disney monorail. Loved being able to walk to the monorail in 2 minutes. It was so simple. Range of food options especially for late at night. Our room had a double bed and two singles for our family of 2A and 2 teenagers. View of Fireworks from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was lovely too. Was a much more affordable option than the Disney hotels and yet had it all.
