The room was actually a studio flat. Everything you need is provided and very clean and the location was close to everything. On top of that the staff was really welcoming. If you stop at Wakayama it’s clearly the place to book your nights

This hotel is right after leaving the train station. It’s very easy to get here, and getting to Kansai International Airport is one of the best options. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

Had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Was in a somewhat rural area so I'd recommend having your own car to make exploring easier. Staff were so attentive and kind, my partner and I always felt extremely welcome. Breakfast was included and was delicious. My partner and I booked one of the dinner courses they offer at the hotel and whilst pricey ($200) was very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend :)

Great Location right next to the Castle, though a bit far from the station. View over the castle especially great at night and during breakfast. Though windows cannot be opened and were a bit dirty.

A very pleasant hotel, located one train stop from the Kansai International Airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and it included everything we needed for our stay.
