The staff was really nice and kind, they even brought me to a local hotspring by car, otherwise it would have been an hour+ walk up a mountain, they showed me some cultural places around the area. They really invested time and effort into there guests :)

The location was perfect. It was about 5 minutes from the main street where all the unique shops were. The host was wonderful! She help me plan all or activities. She did all the research for our ski trip and made all the arrangements and bookings for us. She also recommended fantastic restaurants which we enjoyed very much.
