It was a great trip to Lamu. The hotel owner will give you a map with detailed information about Lamu and will also tell you the transportation price in advance for reference. The view from the rooftop tower is great, you can watch the sunrise, the breakfast is delicious, the room is very comfortable, and I had many great conversations with the owner in the evening. I hope the business will continue to improve.

A remarkable property, full of history and character, and stylishly decorated. Our quiet room and private terrace at the back of the hotel overlooked charming rooftops, with dhows on the sea in the distance. The multiple pools, each set in its own secluded courtyard, are perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island or the historic Old Town, and the waterside restaurant is totally delightful.
