This is the best place to stay in Karakol. The family is so helpful und welcoming and made us really feel like we‘re part of the family. Everything is perfectly clean. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Perfect breakfast. 100% recommend to stay there.

My favourite stay in Kirgistan. The owner lady was so kind and helpful, she knows an answer for every issue and problem, with a smile. It is a Guesthouse but feels like homestay. The place is very clean, has enough parking and the facilities are in a very good condition. The rooms are of a good size, both for couples and family members / friends. The owners are kind, attentive and very helpful - thanks to them we were able to navigate Karakol and also follow good recommendations on skiing, food, ski rentals and other activities. We also liked the breakfast, as well as unlimited tea/coffee supply. Location is rather central, most restaurants are within a walking distance. Recommend this place to everyone! The hotel is also eco-friendly.

My father and I loved our night at this establishment! It looks like nothing from the street, but once we entered the grounds of the house, the owners showed us into a building that contains a beautiful modern kitchen on the ground floor and a few bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. It's just like in the photos, modern and clean. The blankets were super soft, I slept like a baby. The owners are adorable! They don't speak English, but with Google Translate we managed to communicate without any problem. We were able to use their laundry machine and they gave us several apples from their garden. Speaking of their garden, there is a beautiful little spot to relax overlooking the river, very peaceful. Finally, a beautiful typical breakfast, egg, sausage, bread, jelly, cheese, tea and coffee. I recommend staying here!

Lovely place and host! I loved the location, which is quiet, but not far from the city center. Apartment itself are spacious, with a beautiful mountain view on both sides. The flat has everything for comfortable stay and good wi-fi. The host was friendly and helpful, she was even ready to bring our bags to keep them in her house while we are in the mountains. Recommend this place for future travelers.
