Good location, fairly near to the city centre and less than 100 m from the access to Suleiman Mountain. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable bedding (maybe a bit too soft!) and staff working at the reception all around the clock. Rooms are secured by an electronic lock. The rooms have a small fridge, pen and paper, a collection of magazines. The bathroom has a nice shower, with different options. Bodywash and shampoo are included, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Abundance of towels. Plugs are located in convenient spots around the room. Also, the laundry service is quite cheap (coming at around $ 3 for up to 5 kg).

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. Apartment is totally new and beautiful. There is everything you need (kitchen equipment, great shower, comfortable beds, washing machine, TV, air conditioning). Apartment is located on 12 floor (there is an elevator in the building with a great view) near the bridge, very close to the city centre, markets, ATMs, bars,.. You can also easily find parking outside the building. Our host was very communicative (he speaks very good english), friendly and helpful. We had a great stay there and we highly recommend an apartment to anyone who come to visit Osh.

By far, it is the best accommodation that I have stayed in. The owner and his family were so helpful and made the stay memorable. It is a very comfortable new hostel located on the main road, surprisingly quiet 🤫 from the inside,. Plenty of, all sorts, of shops and nice cafes within walking distance. It was well thought of, building the bathroom within the female domotry. Don't worry about the shortage of hot water, there is a boiler enough for the whole neighborhood 😉. It is a 10+++ accommodation experience. I wish them all the best.🙋

It was a quiet place and I was the only guest. The owner was very helpful and kind. The house is very close to the main road but you do not hear any noise because you are just after the river. If I am in Osh again I will stay here for fure.

The owner made us felt amongst friends, preparing a different breakfast everyday, making sure we were enjoying the staying, and even preparing a special dinner the night before we left. Not many places excell expectations these days, but this one did! I shall return to Osh, and definitely I'll stay here again . Spacibo.
