I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Rakhat, the main person in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he assist with hotel booking, but he also helped us finalize a full-day trip around Issyk-kul and arranged a private mini-bus for us. His son, Azirek, was equally helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and warm – perfect for the cold weather outside. Additionally, the villa's great location, only 200 meters away from the lake, made it convenient for us to enjoy stunning views and take leisurely walks along the shore.
