This is a small paradise on earth run by honest, hard-working and kind people who truly care about you as a guest. They built the traditional Khmer guesthouse themselves with bamboo. It is surrounded by a tropical garden and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a mosquito net, sockets in each corner (including next to the kingsize bed), multiple electric fans, a brand-new bathroom with a shower that produces hot water immediately (which is rare in Cambodia), and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Furthermore, the WIFI was super fast! The host picks you up at a location of your choice and when you leave, he can take you to your preferred location. During my stay, he suggested an incredible restaurant that was surprisingly cheap for the quality of food, drove me there and picked me up. The highlight of my stay was the tour that the host offered. We drove to local villages that are rarely visited by tourists and took a ride on the famous bamboo train. It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. In short, I highly recommend Odambang Village Homestay. By staying here, you support a local family and you will create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.

Amazing homestay! Bun and his family are so welcoming and our room was so spacious and clean! The breakfast each morning was amazing and there is also coffee/tea facility in the room and a kitchen facility guests can use. We booked a tuk tuk tour with Bun’s colleague which was brilliant. Our driver was so kind and friendly. Bun even invited us to join him and his friends for a few beers on our last night.

The family is very friendly and helpful. They’ve really given me an accurate insight in rural Cambodian life and i can’t be more grateful. I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

Setha was an Amazing host, very kind and attentive. In general the place is beautiful, comfortable, a unique hostel with a real Cambodian vibe. The food was generous and tasty. In particular, my private room was good, super comfortable bed, quite (because I was looking this environment), have a fan and one cozy terrace. A lot benefits in an excellent price. You can walk to the center or rent a bike to discover this land (recommend).
