The owner asked what time we wanted to bbq and had everything ready for us at that time. Everything was great! Host is super friendly and makes breakfast every morning. Everything was cleaned daily and all of the facilities were working and in good condition. The location is perfect, right next to the intercity bus station and also next to the bus station that has all the lines you need for the city or for going anywhere else around

Literally next to the bus terminal. Very close to the beach. Plenty of convenience stores around. Bus to Seoraksan national park is right around the corner and only takes 15 minutes. Owner is very friendly and did my laundry. Room is very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

We spent a few days in this apartment. Communication with the owner was easy. Check-in and check-out were convenient and flexible thanks to the electronic lock. The apartment is exactly as described and in the photos, it is on a high floor and has a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked without any complaints. The air and water temperature can be conveniently adjusted. There is a grocery store on the ground floor of the same building. The location of the building is also very good. There are many restaurants with delicious seafood around. The main bus station with buses to Seoul is only 10 minutes walk away and a bus stop to the Seoraksan national park is on the next street. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this apartment.
