I had originally booked a 5-night, 6-day stay due to work commitments, but an unexpected change in my schedule forced me to reduce it to a 2-night stay. Thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped me with a refund for the remaining 3 nights, and I was truly touched by their generosity. The accommodation was incredibly warm and tidy. I had a delightful time with my family. I want to express my gratitude once again to the helpful staff. I look forward to visiting again next time.

Excellent and spacious facilities - with convenience store, laundry, coffee shop and family restaurant all on site. Located a little further out of town but gives the location a more rural feel and set up well for families. Hotel ski shuttle to Yong Peyong was very helpful.

The view was great and the room was super spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 baby. Front desk staff was great, and they helped us to book the taxi. Not every staff can speak English but they try their best. I love that the resort was very big and had many food options and convenience stores.

the Villa is good size for families (1 room with queen size bed on the ground floor, separate toilet and shower and 1 ensuite room with king size bed on the upper floor with bath tub.) on-site restaurants. the arcade kept the kids entertained after dinner. there is also a VR room but we didn’t go in to check it out. the on-site CU convenience store. friendly check in staff.

Different holiday experience. If you want to live like a Korean family go for this. I travelled with a family of 5 with 4 teenagers. We cooked 1 meal a day because the supermarket is just stone's throw away. Super clean Provided cooking utensils and the space is just huge.
