World class French colony-style hotel. Excellent location in a tropical garden with nice pool. Excellent food and a good breakfast buffet. Fantastic staff - very smiling and helpful. Different possibilities for massage. Can recommend head and shoulder massage. Hotel, restaurant and massage very much affordable. Staff very helpful when we had to visit Alliance Medical Center (also fantastic service and staff) after a fall. We were brought there by hotel staff and they assisted us all 2-hours we were there and brought safely back. Thanks a lot all at Settha Palace Hotel. We will definitely be back at Settha.

Amazing new hotel. Enormous room. The best shower I ever had - a simple mechanism for controlling three parts of the shower. The most effective and quietest aircon in any hotel in the world. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Four bottles of water given and not the usual two. Great views. Rooftop bar nice.

Wow! What can I say? There are not enough superlatives to do justice to this property. I would love to keep the secret of this wonderful place all to myself but that would be unfair to all those whose amazing efforts have brought this hotel to such an outstanding level. We have travelled throughout the UK, USA, Europe and extensively in SE Asia and we have never visited a better property than the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The combination of a sympathetic heritage design, understated elegance and fine attention to detail, make this a 5 star + hotel. Everything is designed to offer luxury and privacy. From the marble and brass bathroom thyme to the old fashioned herring bone tiling techniques, it all comes together to create an amazing tasteful environment. The rooms are bright airy and spacious with high quality bedding and accessories. The facilities include a coffee shop, two restaurants, spa and beautiful pool area. All these areas continue to provide the same understated elegance common to the entire property. The staff all maintain the highest standards of professionalism while remaining engaging and friendly. Special thanks must go to Nouna, Nounee and Tookta who made our evenings at the bar such an entertaining and enlightening experience. My number one choice of hotel – ANYWHERE!!!! I love this room. The room is so big, but we just stay only 1 night. We will come back & stay here when we visit Vientiane. The room also clean too. We really like this hotel. The location is good too, quite near to Patuxai Monument. Staffs are also nice and support us a lot. We will recommend this hotel to my friends if they visit to Laos. We will come back later. Love it so much ^^
