Frenz is in a quiet location just a 10 minute walk from pretty much everything. The bed is huge with lots of pillows and the AC worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal.

I had to take a taxi from Castries as the buses were infrequent and it was a free for all when they arrived! I arrived late at the property but the owner, Carshina, who lives upstairs was there to meet me. The tastefully decorated and modern studio is very well appointed and quiet. It is the perfect location in Soufriere, a few minutes’ walk from the centre in a quiet area, convenient for stores and bus station (I did not have a car). Carshina kindly ordered some food to be delivered. She is a great host! After walking around the town, I think this is probably the best location and property available!

The most glorious trip! We loved every single second of our honeymoon. Our hotel room was breathtaking and the view of the Pitons was perfect. The service was exceptional.

The only thing that was nice was the pool by the pitons. Where you would see Soufriere town which was beautiful. But the owner Joe, house is by the pool. The arguments he was having with the staff was appalling and the shouting that took place was heart renching. It was SO LOUD and the staff took the insults and carried on with their work. So So SAD...... It spoiled our night there and I wish I could get a refund. The man is nasty and rude. Please do not book here.

Stunning views, the pools are really nice. I liked the gardens and our room (we stayed in the deluxe room) which was spacious, and charming with a nice balcony. AC and WiFi worked fine for us. Excellent location as just 5 mins drive into the town of Soufriere and access to all of the tourist activities close by, pitons a short drive away. One of the few more affordable resort options in Soufriere. The staff (security and the cleaners) were lovely.

The cottage was spacious and really unique! Outdoor shower was a fun addition. Amazing view of the jungle. Dinner was tasty and cheaper than other hotel restaurants. Hike on site to see the view of the piton was amazing! Able to get a free shuttle bus to see sugar beach which was my favourite beach on the trip.
