Fantastic hotel from the moment we checked-in until check-out! Staff really was there to help when needed and swimming pool was amazing! A little bit overvalued in terms of pricing in my opinion for Sri Lanka but overall it was a super nice stay and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious and a lot to choose from!

This is a new, modernly furnished complex of three villas. Each villa has two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom, located on the 2nd floor. On the ground floors there is a large dining area, kitchen area and seating areas. In the backyard there is a swimming pool and sunbathing areas. The layout of the villas is very comfortable. The villas are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing, the staff will quickly bring it. Contact the guys via Whats app. The staff is very welcoming, sociable, friendly, always ready to help. Predib, I hope we will see each other again :-) The location of the villas is also excellent - the city beach and the Smoke&Bitters restaurant are 20 meters away. Within 800 meters, there are many cafes, including breakfast ones. You can also buy groceries at the Cargills supermarket or order breakfast at the Villa. By the way, there is even a restaurant with food delivery - Blue Bay Chillout Lounge. We used it several times, very convenient :-). We liked everything. We will definitely recommend this place and will happy return again.

Everything is new brand new and it’s beautifully decorated, in person is better than the pictures. Hospitality it’s extremely good, friendly and on top of details. We end up staying more! Highly recommend this place. It’s about 3 minutes to every place, great location. Missing the room already

Very clean place very beautiful garden the staff was very sweet and kind i got a really nice breakfast with great fresh fruits i also had dinner here rice and curry was especially good also talalla beach is gorgeous within 5 to 7 minute walk!!!
