This place was absolutely breathtaking—truly a dream! The house, designed by the host, was just as stunning. You can immediately tell they have incredible taste. Wow! The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming. They gave us a tour of their garden, and it was nothing short of magical. If you can name a fruit or vegetable, they grow it! Breakfast was a feast—fresh, flavorful, and straight from the garden. Every bite was pure joy! All in all, this stay was unforgettable. Before we left, we each planted a durian tree, and we can’t wait to come back in a few years to see it grow. If you're looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

Great stay here, spacious room with a great balcony. For dinner they served a 3 course meal, well executed. Location is awesome, the view from the pool over the hills and valleys is wild and it wasn't far to Kandy City which I found a bit hectic, so it was nice to escape back to the more natural setting at the hotel. They had a naturalist here, who took us on a morning walk through the pekoe trail and imparted so much knowledge of the local plant & wildlife. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends travelling through Sri Lanka.

Since the booking, comunication with hotel was very good. They were so kind to acomplish with some of our requests for the time of arrival, everything went so smooth. Breakfast was so good and also 10 for great service provided. Ps: not to say about the view😍 Thank you for having us!

If you want epic views from every room in the hotel with an infinity pool overlooking the valley and the mountains - this is the place to be. Even walking in the garden is an experience and everything there is really well thought through and well planned and maintained. There's a great path to hike the top of the mountain and it's a really epic journey. Room was really great, everything looked new and the atmosphere there was super. Breakfast was lush and delicious. Staff were engaging and really made the stay there very positive. Super helpful and catered to your needs. Overall, if you like piece, quiet and stunning mountain views with a chance to hike in the mountains, Villa Vajrapani is the best for it.
