Everything about this hotel was 5 star, the beautiful comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast. They were happy to cater for our vegan diet. We had evenings out for dinner and one in the hotel, we should have had all in the hotel as it was so good. The hotel is a twenty mi Ute walk to Galle Fort I will be recommending this lovely hotel to all my friends and family. O

The property is relatively new. It’s extremely clean & well maintained. The rooms & balconies are spacious with adequate bathroom & kitchen supplies. The staff were so supportive & helpful, assisted us with arranging scooty, tuktuks. Property manager was available at all times & very friendly. Location is also good, midway to both beaches in Unawatuna. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

You must stay here! The host, Darshani, is the most kind and beautiful lady. She goes above and beyond for her guests and puts all her heart into her job. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location. The food is incredible! You must let her cook for you at breakfast and dinner. You even get to eat while enjoying an ocean view. I had a cooking class with her too which was amazing. It was so hard to leave!

We celebrated a special wedding anniversary with a stay at Sun House. A beautiful heritage colonial mansion, tastefully renovated as a boutique hotel. Gayan and team could not have been more helpful. We were treated to a beautiful room, the food was excellent, cocktails were unique, and absolutely everything is made in house by the team. Beautiful pool on the grounds and a pleasant 10 minute walk into the fort (or a tuk tuk can be arranged). Would highly recommend staying here.

Urban Galle Villa is undeniably one of the best accommodations I have ever been in Sri Lanka, and surely the best one in Galle. It‘s owned by a very kind family, and you feel immediately like home there! Everything was squeaky clean, and the breakfast delicious! We stayed 3 nights before heading for our last day to Colombo, and it was the best decision we could ever make. Thank you for your hospitality! Until the next time!
