Wow, what a nice hidden gem in parardise. Fabulous place to stay, we had the whole villa four our family. The house is gorgeous, amazing downstairs open living are, the pool and the skate ramp were fantastic. Location is also superb, the ideal place to absolutely wind down and relax, and at the same time only 10 minutes from Dickwella and Hiriketiya. Amazing beach just 2 minutes walking from Gaia Soul, and Hiriketiya is an amazing surf spot. Sundina, the neighbour, prepares amazing breakfast, and there are plenty of nice restaurants around within 10 minutes. If you want to try amazing Sri Lankan Curry, go to Juices & Curries in Talalla, other very nice restaurants are Smoke & Bitters and The Verse Colllective in Dickwella. Also the host, Baxter and his wife are such lovely people and we felt really welcome and like home!

We loved everything about our stay at Hidden Heaven! The staff were extremely helpful and always readily available. It was the first place in Sri Lanka we’ve felt like we were at home - they have all necessary facilities and appliances and the rooms are extremely spacious. Would highly recommend!!

Great location, 10 minute walk to Talalla Beach. we had delicious breakfast and dinner there every day and Staff were very kind and friendly Self serve laundry, kitchen and drinking Water on site were greatly appreciated.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Parasole Doré, and it was absolutely perfect. Our room was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering stunning ocean views through bifold doors equipped with one-way glass for added privacy. The property had a wonderfully spacious and relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a variety of delicious options that changed each morning, keeping things fresh and exciting. However, the standout feature of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to assist. A special mention goes to Roshan, whose attentive and thoughtful service ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect.

After staying at many small Sri Lankan independent hotel / guest houses, from the very north to the south this is undoubtedly the best. One of 2 reviews from me as most other being average: This place is perfectly run, perfectly maintained, great pool and great breakfasts! The evening restaurant offers a mix of Italian and Sri Lankan dishes and after a few weeks traveling nothing beats a homemade Lasagna with a glass of Red! The Beach at 2 mins away is also nr perfect. Even with the rough seas experienced on this coast there is a northern corner that is calm enough to enjoy a good swim. Well done team and Gaby, you run a great establishment. I hope to return with many friends. T

We had a pleasant stay at SurfbayVilla. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast in the kitchen was good. The location is on walking distance from Dikwella beach and 5 minutes by tuk tuk to Hiriketiya. The owner (Chamila) was friendly and attentive.
