-The staff are excellent, both Pathmi and Silva are helpful, kind, and do a wonderful job of hosting their guests -The place is spotless and they make sure it stays that way -They serve a wonderful breakfast of fruit, eggs, and toast every morning -Benjamin (the manager) made himself available via whatsapp and was helpful in providing tips and accomodating special requests -I loved the furnishings and the general vibe of the place. It feels like an oasis! -Comfy bed, clean linens, clean bathroom. I am picky on hygiene -Value for money is on point

At first we were a little skeptical because there was no reviews, but still decided to go. And it turned out amazing, place looks beautiful and everything is very comfortable. Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

Amazing place!! The perfect spot to relax . The room was new really comfortable and beautifully done the staff were helpful and kind. They have fresh seafood it all really yummy 😋. The best accommodation of my trip so far and was sad i couldn't stay longer!!

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
