The rooms were fantastic with the full wooden finish and balcony into the garden. Great ambience combined with very warm friendly service from their staff. Both Haris and Rizwan really make you feel at home along with all the staff members as they are very attentive to your needs. Haris will gladly keep you entertained by playing pool with you as well.

Absolutely everything. Of particular mention are the little things like while at night I am sitting alone in the very comfortable lounge watching TV and the host brings a hot cup of coffee.

If you’re doubting on whether you should stay here then this is your sign to do it! We absolutely think this is the kind of homestay experience that makes traveling worthwhile. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived at Nanu Oya station (where the host waited for us with a cute name sign and his car to bring us) till the end when the owner dropped us of at te station. The owner is a wonderful tourguide as well, we went for a beautiful hike in the tea fields, his wife and daughter served us delicious food (really!) and our last minute laundry request was also no problem. They do everything to make you feel welcome. One of our highlights whilst traveling Sri Lanka. Go for it! Food was stellar!

Amazing, exceptional, and very well thought out - That’s how we would describe our stay here While one has been to many (arguably) more scenic locations, however staying at this hotel has been the best experience ever. From the moment we got to the property, we were pampered thoroughly, be it the food or offering to take us to the attractions or arranging the specific vehicle we wanted, or even the smallest details in terms of how the room should be kept, table arrangements etc. Must say that Dushyanta (the GM) has put in a lot of efforts in finding the best team possible and the results are there to be seen – every person on the staff here is willing to go over and beyond their job, wanting to make sure the guests are comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Royce, the pastry chef and their entire team for serving sumptuous 6 course meals, catering to all our dietary constraints - each item served was just plain delicious; to Janaka, Chandu and others for taking care of us and to Amanda for figuring out our travel related details. We will surely be back next time we are in Sri Lanka.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the stunning design to the warm and cozy atmosphere. I particularly loved the Christmas decorations in the lobby – it made the place feel magical, even though it was October! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – some of the best I’ve ever encountered. This might just be the best accommodation I've ever stayed at. I would come back to Nuwara Eliya just to stay here again!
