Swiss Bay is perfectly located right at the start of Arugam Bay’s main street. From the balcony, you can spot the elephant viewpoint where an elephant usually visits in the mornings and evenings. The beach is just a quick 2–3 minute walk across the road, making the location absolutely ideal. We stayed in the corner room with an L-shaped balcony, and it was just amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities you’d expect from a top-notch stay. Even the bathroom stood out — we genuinely loved it. Everything matched the pictures and description perfectly, so you get exactly what’s promised. The caretaker and the owner were both incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home right away. They even allowed us a late checkout since our shuttle was leaving at 1 pm, which we really appreciated. On our last day, they treated us to a banana shake that was absolutely delicious — such a sweet gesture. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate — go for it! We’re already certain we’ll be staying here again.

Would you like to experience paradise? We did! Eco Aloevera Garden is a place where you may see see the beautiful empty beaches, wonderful sea landscape and such a unique atmospere! Great place to visit out of the tourist season - which we did, March was great choice. The owner and stuff soooo friendly, meeting all the needs. Local meals provided based on our preferences, so delicious! Great clean, cosy little houses in shady garden filled with beautiful palm trees. We just live it all :)

Very friendly staff. Felt very welcome from the beginning. The room is very clean and brand new. The AC works like a charm. I asked for a banana before my morning surf and received a whole fruit salad! Great people and service.

We arrived at Whisky point not knowing what to expect. All I can say is that it exceeded our expectations in every way! We ended up extending our stay and became great friends with the owner, Nicola and his entire team! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were exceptional! It could be the best Pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The fact that you are living on the beachfront, which is super clean with no crowds and a few minutes walk away from Pottuvil Point where you can catch good surf when the swell is good or swim off the main rock when its flat, makes this place the perfect location, away from the madness of Arugam Bay which can get super crowded. You can catch a tuk tuk to A Bay and be there in 10 minutes if you want to go into the A Bay. I am going to miss this place and my friends and will be back for sure! 10/10 all the way!

Amazing spot! Great beach! The resort was beautiful, calm and clean. Hospitality was great, room very clean. Food was amazing!!!! We really recommend to visit the hotel. If you look for a quick place only 15 min from Arugam bay. Don’t miss it!

My time at stay golden was amazing. The staff and the owners were extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The location is great, close enough for a short walk to the surf spot but far enough that you don't get caught up in the loud nightlife. The room was big, clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended and I'll be coming back for sure!

The hotel is SUPER! The best hotel during my entire trip to Sri Lanka (I was in more than 15 hotels in 24 days). Very cozy atmosphere. There are only 6 bungalows in hotels, it's not overcrowded. Delicious food, better than in the most cafes on the island. Very comfortable and friendly hosts! The pool is great! Everything is thought out - deck chairs, a place for sunbathing right in the water. The pool is surrounded of palm trees! It's about 50-100 meters to the sea. The only negative thing for lovers of flat water is big waves on the coast. Therefore, I spent 3 days next to the pool and absolutely happy about this! ))) But also it has a very beautiful sunrise!
