Good having a proper duvet instead of sheets and a blanket - although duvet and pillows were really old and lumpy. Entertainment team were fun and kids enjoyed the kids club and activities. Animators anre nice and friendly, proposing plenty of different activities. Our daughter is a bit below 3, so kids activities were not very suitable for her. However, there are heated pools to compensate for that! The staff were genuinely amazing and so much fun to be around. They would play ping pong with you or encourage to join in with the activities and dancing! My toddlers really enjoyed the kids club. Although the woman who works there is a bit grumpy and would rather no one goes inside. She is happy to sit there and use her phone instead of entertaining the children. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating. It is a child and family friendly hotel. My children loved the kids club especially Bushra who was so good with the children to a point they did not want to leave the club for other activities!
