The property was clean, quiet, calm… It was further away from the center of Fès which was perfect because the city was too noisy. After a long day in the city we were able to relax in this beautiful place. The garden also was clean and taken care off you can have a nice breakfast with a view of the pool. There were cats so cute so we brought them food so they could join us. The host is an amazing lady and she made sure that we were comfortable. Everything is already there so no need to take your hair dyer and so on… me and my family loved it !

Adib and the rest of the staff including the guard and the lady serving breakfast are all friendly and very helpful. The room is big and clean with balcony and nice sunset view. I enjoyed it. The hotel has also amazing facilities: hammam with economically friendly entrance fee, free use of gym, swimming pool, sauna room, and hot tub. The location is also good. Its very easy to find. I paid between 15-20 dirhams taxi from the hotel to medina. Highly recommended and i will stay here again if i visit Fez again.

AMAZING STAFF all very helpful, we needed help for my father and they went above and beyond to help in every aspect. Facilities where amazing, have a really nice place on the roof to relax and hot tub not sure why they don't advertise it better Apartment where spacious clean and well decorated
