We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place itself is beautiful and well maintained. The owner, Zakaria, did such a great job with the villa and made us feel very welcome. He kindly showed us around the area, which was really helpful. The location is perfect — just a short walking distance to the beach and a stunning beach club with a big pool. Well built, well maintained, spotless house. A/C worked well for heating (I visited in January). Friendly hosts. Electronically controlled gate so it's easy to leave and enter the property by yourself. Easily reachable from the A1 motorway. Local roads are also in a remarkable good shape as there's a royal palace nearby. For a beach visit I can recommend the Bouznika 'Kasbah' which has multiple restaurants and a great surf spot.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely villa! Asmae and her husband were truly wonderful hosts warm, kind, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying with friends rather than just booking a place. Honest, meaningful, and full of good energy. Not gonna lie we spent two really beautiful, memorable nights. It’s one of those stays that leaves a lasting impression.
