Absolutely perfect apartment! It was very cozy, clean and beautiful. It was rainy all day and it was a pleasure to stay in this place, felt really like home. Well-equipped kitchen, there were all for cooking and coffee machine. The main room had underfloor heating. The tree, garlands and music on TV added +100 to the mood:) The host was always in touch, thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days. We were met by a very pleasant hostess, Tanya. Any problem or request was answered immediately. Convenient location, about 15 minutes from Tivat airport. Well-designed, comfortable, airy apartment, balcony with an amazing view, quiet and calm area. Well-equipped apartment, clean, comfortable beds. Highly recommended! 5 stars from us!

Absolutely beautiful (both inside and outside) old stone house. Location amazing just by the water. About 25/30 minutes walk to Kotor old town. Car needed but be careful on the drive around the bay - beautiful but narrow road. Drive slowly, be prepared to pull in. No problem parking during November stay.

    The best option for a family with children in Montenegro. The room is both very stylish and clean. Everything from napkins, pots, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and even a hair straightener are available. They even brought a crib for our baby. All you have to do is bringing your luggage and come. Boba and her husband are very sweet. The rooms were so clean and tidy that we felt at home. Love you Boba, thanks for everything

    What a spectacular place! The views are incredible over Kotor Bay. It's wonderful to sit outside on the balcony enjoying these views, especially of the sunset. The apartment was incredibly designed and decorated. The kids loved the loft bedroom, especially my teenager. The apartment is well equipped, making us extremely comfortable through our stay. The hosts are extremely nice, with a big thank you to Angela and her family for the wonderful stay!

    Very cosy and well equipped apartment. Our visit with a toddler was very comfortable (got baby crib, high-chair). Location is also very good: beach is in front of the house, shop, bakery and bus stop are also nearby (~7min), ~45min to Kotor by walk, not so crowded area. Nice owner. Strongly recommend to book an apartment with a balcony to the bay, amazing views there! I would like to come back yearly :D

    The view was breathtaking - the living room was overlooking the seaside. The apt was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. It is family friendly especially when traveling with toddlers. The location is preferred if traveling with a car and is still close to the center of Kotor. The overall stay was lovely.

    There was an extra bedroom that we used as a dressing room. The house is in a quiet area but in a walking distance from a few decent restaurants. There was a narrow path to the pebble beach just across the main road. We used to walk to a playground in the evenings using the quiet road at the beachfront. Our toddler had great fun with the local kids.

    a good place for a family vacation, the apartment is new with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 minutes to the store, 15 minutes to restaurants and the beach, a gorgeous view from the terrace. The owners are sincere and friendly - they extended the departure time as much as possible, organized a transfer to the airport ( which is very convenient if you are traveling with children) and took our luggage while we were walking around the city in the time between check-out and transfer.

    New, well finished, clean, simple yet lovely style. Excellent service, great for families with teenagers,, lots.of different places to hang out, great pool, movie screen and restaurant (good food, coffee and raspberry ice cream especially) beautiful breakfast. Great weekend with friends and children. Close to the beach, in nature. The teenagers described it as Godly!
