My wife and I were in Montenegro for almost 2 months and staying here was the highlight of our trip. Vranjina and Skadar Lake are very beautiful, scenic, and full of nature. Mio, our host, took us on a very pleasant boat trip where he caught some fish and showed us the lake. We also hiked the nearby mountain, a short walk from Vranjina, where we saw amazing panoramic views of Skadar Lake and even Albania. Mio was also kind enough to offer to pick us up from the train station and drop us of in Podgorica. Our next door neighbours were Mio's parents Radovan and Gina who were very lovely people. They prepared us very delicious food, especially fresh carp from the lake which was the best fish we ever had. They also poured us a lot of homemade wine and rakija which was excellent. They were very generous and always made sure we were fed and happy. They were very friendly and sociable, always inviting us into their home for coffee, wine or rakija and talking to us. Radovan was very personable and he is also a great poet. He even wrote some lovely poetry just for us. Gina is very generous, kind and funny and took good care of us. You definitely won't regret staying here.

Apartment was very clean, you must use stairs from parking to the villa but when you come view is beatiful !

The accommodation is phenomenal. The view from the terrace is priceless. Sleeping next to the fireplace is too good a feeling. The host was very kind and went out of his way to meet us for everything we needed. His welcome with wine and prepared fish speaks of his hospitality and kindness. The possibility of renting kayaks is a warm recommendation for everyone who likes to visit the lake. The cleanliness of the building was at a high level. I hope we will hang out again.

The hosts Sergian and Ana went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and can be considered five star. The stay was really awesome. I dont think you will find a place where you can enjoy Montenegroan hospitality more than here. The fact they dont speak English but translated everything with the phone just added to the charm. The tour we got from the garden was also very nice, combined with their fresh spring water well. And people, dont forget to eat atleast one dinner meal there. The homecooking is really nice and authentic. We had the wild boar stew and it was soooo good. It felt like going to my grandparents place the way they fed us and kept giving us cake and wine 😉
